Santa Maria, Pangasinan, Nov. 30 – A new and modern municipal building costing P26 million was inaugurated last October 30, 2009.
The edifice, now a new landmark in Santa Maria, has a floor area of 1,080 square meters. The new municipal building is equipped with furniture, fixtures and computers, replacing all those old ones.
Municipality of Santa Maria in Pangasinan recently held its Basketball Tournament as part of the Mayor’s Sports Fest 2010 that kicked off Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the municipal gymnasium.
The tournament is a yearly sports competition that serves as one of the highlights of Santa Maria’s Pinakbet Festival.
